Adoption Program

Our animal adoption program is now a registered non-profit organization, the Safe and Sound Animal Shelter Society. We often have kittens and cats available for adoption. They are tested for feline leukemia as well as screened for feline FIV, and have received at least their first vaccinations. Adult cats are usually also spayed or neutered.

Sometimes you may even find a dog looking for a new home!

There is a rigorous adoption screening, plus a small fee – which allows us to continue to take in and provide for strays and unwanted litters.
