Services
Medical Services: We offer a Full Range of veterinary medical services including on-site ultrasound and endoscopy. Our doctors are experienced in chemotherapy and orthopedic surgery.
Holistic Medicine: There has been increasing interest in holistic medicine in recent times.
Richardson Animal Hospital is pleased to have Dr. Fernando Moncayo
among the veterinary partners. His training includes homeopathic medicine
and acupuncture for pets, and he has experienced considerable success with
a client base that is continually expanding. You don’t have to be a current client to see Dr.
Moncayo as he is pleased to accept referrals from other veterinary practices and to accept new clients wishing appointments.
Emergencies: We are a member Hospital in the Metro Animal Emergency Clinic service, (902) 468-0674. The MAEC is open from 8:00pm until 8:00am each weekday, and from 1:00pm on Saturday's and all day Sundays and holidays.
Grooming: Our groomer; TJ's Grooming, can provide a straight clip or a specialty groom for your dog.
Retail Products: The hospital maintains a small retail section where we sell pet supplies and prescription foods. We stock Medi-Cal and Hill's food products, but can usually special order any veterinary diet your pet may require.
We also keep a selection of collars and leads, medicated shampoos, dental products, Flea and Tick preparations, diet supplements, kongs and nylon bones.
