Services
Medical Services: We offer a Full Range of veterinary medical services including on-site ultrasound and endoscopy. Our doctors are experienced in chemotherapy and orthopedic surgery.
Holistic Medicine: There has been increasing interest in holistic medicine in recent times. Richardson Animal Hospital is pleased to have Dr. Fernando Moncayo join us on a part-time basis to practice homeopathic medicine and acupuncture. He has been experiencing considerable success with a client base that is continually expanding. You donŐt have to be a current client to see Dr. Moncayo as he is pleased to accept referrals from other veterinary practices and to accept new clients wishing appointments.
Emergencies: We are a member Hospital in the Metro Animal Emergency Clinic service. The MAEC is open from 8:00pm until 8:00am each weekday, and from 1:00pm on Saturday's and all day Sundays and holidays.
Grooming: Our groomer; TJ's Grooming, can provide a straight clip or a specialty groom for your dog.
Boarding: We have indoor boarding facilities for dogs and cats. If the client wishes, dogs can be walked outside twice daily. We recommend that you book a boarding time as early as possible since space is limited and fills quickly, especially on holidays.
*Due to limited space we must
restrict pet boarding to our own clients only.
Retail Products: The hospital maintains a small retail section where we sell pet supplies and prescription foods. We stock Medi-Cal and Hill's food products, but can usually special order any veterinary diet your pet may require.
We also keep a selection of collars and leads, medicated shampoos, dental products, Flea and Tick preparations, diet supplements, kongs and nylon bones.
